TERMS OF AGREEMENT
This Agreement gives you certain benefits, rights and obligations as follows:
You may search, retrieve, display, download to your computer, and print and email content and set up unlimited number of alerts from the Service for your personal use and in the normal performance of your job. You may download electronic copies and print content for the purposes of performing your job as permitted by Fair Use. You acknowledge that all proprietary rights in the technology and information received shall remain the property of either EyePredictor.com or its providers of information.
The use of crawlers, bots and spiders to programmatically search, extract or download data is prohibited. If you would like to 'frame' the content, tools or technology on the Service, or require systematic downloading or other automated download activity directed towards any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Services that results in the creation of an electronic database or archive, the rights to such usage may be licensed under a separate data feed agreement. You may not re-syndicate, license, or redistribute to any third party, whether as a stand-alone product or in conjunction with other data or information without the prior consent of EyePredictor.com. You may not violate or attempt to violate the security of the Service, including by, without limitation by: (a) accessing data not intended for you or logging into a server or account with you are not authorized to access; (b) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization; (c) attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the Service, overloading, conducting "denial of service attacks", "flooding", "spamming", "mail bombing" or "crashing"; (d) sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services; (e) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting; or (f) attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Service. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. EyePredictor.com will investigate occurrences, which may violate such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations. The EyePredictor.com site contains optional fee-based services from a number of third-party providers, including the opportunity for Users of the Services to purchase documents from third parties ("Third-Party"). EyePredictor.com makes no warranty concerning content, technology, goods or services provided by Third-Party providers.
NEITHER EYEPREDICTOR.COM NOR ANY PROVIDERS OF INFORMATION
THROUGH THE EYEPREDICTOR.COM SERVICE MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR OTHERWISE IMPLIED, AS TO THE RESULTS TO BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF SUCH INFORMATION. Neither EyePredictor.com nor any of its providers of information shall have any liability for the accuracy of the information contained in the Service, or for delays or omissions therein. None of the foregoing parties shall be liable to any third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, lost profits, punitive or consequential damages. EyePredictor.com reserves the right to: 1) determine to whom it will provide service and to terminate the Agreement at any time; 2) change the price for its services at any time; 3) in its sole discretion, to change, limit, or discontinue any aspect, content, tool, or feature that is a part of the Services. EyePredictor.com further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict the use of the Service as well as suspend or revoke your rights to use the Services based on EyePredictor.com's belief that your use of the Services violates this Agreement or applicable law.

EyePredictor.com has two types of bankruptcy data for resell: PACER F-5 and PACER Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Data. We obtain both of these data from the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts PACER Service center. The PACER F-5 data reports the number of personal and corporate Chapter 7, 9, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcy filings on a quarterly basis for all United States counties. The PACER Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Data drills down the PACER F-5 data and reports Chapter 11 bankruptcy case data to include company name, aliases, employee identification number; bankruptcy circuit, district, state, county, and office: This is the divisional office for the Chapter 11 case, filing address and ZIP Code, debtors first, middle, and last name, county court code, case numbers, bankruptcy type; type of firm, public or private, date filed, closed, converted, dismissed, entered, and closed; PACER identification number, previous bankruptcies, disposition code, bankruptcy trustee, judge, county, and office; fees paid, assets, and disposition of the case.
